Adding an Email (POP3) Account
| Click on Mail in in the web hosting control panel for your web site. |
| Click on Add/Remove Accounts. |
| You will see the default account that cPanel has created. This cannot be deleted. |
| Click Add Account. |
| Create a new email address, password and an optional quota for the new POP Account. |
| Click Create. |
| Now you are ready to set this up in your
email program or access it using
webmail |
Removing an Email (POP3) Account
| Click on Mail in the web hosting control panel for your web site. |
| Click on Add / Remove accounts. |
| Locate the mail account you wish to remove and click on the Delete button next to it. |
| When you are asked Are you sure
you wish to delete the e-mail account click on Yes if you are certain that you wish to delete it. |
Changing an Email Account Password
| Click on Mail in the web hosting control panel for your web site. |
| Click on Add / Remove accounts. |
| Locate the mail account for which you
wish to change the password and click on the Change Pass button next to it. |
| Enter your new password in the field next to New Password. |
| Click on the Change button. |
Changing the Quota of an Email Account
| Click on Mail in the web hosting control panel for your web site. |
| Click on Add / Remove accounts. |
| Locate the mail account for which you
wish to change the quota and click on the Change Quota button next to it. |
| Enter the new quota of the mail account in megabytes in the field next to New Quota. |
| Click on the Change button. |
