or you can use web based email
in your control panel

Please note:
if you do not use outlook or web based email
and you just want to forward your
email to your aol email address
or any other email address-
you do not need to set up pop accts
just go to the control panel for your web site
and click on forwarders and add them

 

To use the web based email that is included with your web hosting:

Step 1
go to the web hosting control panel for your web site
IMPORTANT-replace your domain name where it says useyourdomainnamez.com
http://useyourdomainnamez.com/cpanel

Under the  E-Mail heading
click on Manage Accounts
click add account

Put in
a name for the new account

(example: george
This email address would be for george@useyourdomainnamez.com)
(replace with your name or whatever you want to use)

Step 2
make sure java scripting and cookies are enabled in your web browser

go to
http://www.useyourDomainNamez.com/webmail

replace: useyourDomainNamez.com
with your domain name

login with
name-of-pop-box@useyourDomainNamez.com
 and password of pop box
replace: name-of-pop-box with the name of the mail box
that you set up in the control panel

replace: useyourDomainNamez.com
with your domain name

(for the main pop box name-web mail may prefer
name-of-pop-box for the user name instead of
name-of-pop-box@useyourDomainNamez.com

After you login

click on the link that says neomail
 

Then the first time you go to the web mail
where the screen says Your Name
enter your name
then click save
and you will see your inbox

You are now ready to use your email
